• Two post lift products require a shipping fee ($590/piece) to commercial addresses only. Remote areas may be charged extra for shipping. Please confirm before delivery.  
• Shipping carrier may charge extra to residential Delivery. 
• THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING FROM THE TRUCK.  
• Customer should consider Forklift and unloading dock service. 
• The buyer should be also responsible for any re-delivery charges.  
• Buyers should inspect delivered the products carefully before signing Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery. Buyer satisfaction is assumed if no damages are noted on the delivery receipt.

Two Post Lifts: $590 Flat rate shipping to commercial addresses. Customer is required to have a forklift.

Four Post Lifts: WAREHOUSE PICKUP ONLY. For custom shipping quotes, contact customer service.

Residential Delivery: $90

Liftgate: $90 (Not available for all products)

Other important information you should know before placing the order:

1. Customer is responsible for unloading from the truck. 
2. Customer should consider Forklift and unloading dock service.
3. Customer should also be responsible for any re-delivery charges. 
4. DO NOT sign off on any damaged freight and contact customer service IMMEDIATELY.

Warranty

The purchasers of Autokato products (Autto) are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. Autokato offers a one-year warranty on all product parts, and three year's warranty on product structure.

Free shipping on warranty parts. Labor is not included in warranty.

Returnable Items

Valid items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the ship date of your order. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our warehouses. Our warehouse staff will check the package. We cannot guarantee that the item will be accepted as a valid return if it does not meet these requirements. If the item is not accepted as a valid return, the customers may not receive the refund or exchange. 

Non-Returnable Items

We will NOT accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time frame.
2. Used, previously installed or misused items.

Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned item without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days. 

Kindly allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below: 

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. 

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 

Return Shipping Costs & Address 

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.

1. All shipping fees are at the customers' expense.This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered method that is available.
